We assess our Partner’s needs within the framework of our headhunting service, we start the search using our database of thousands of people.

Taking the burden off the shoulders of our partners, we provide full-scale rehabilitation services and find and train employees with altered working abilities. During their employment, we constantly mentor and educate them.

Our colleagues with decades of experience carry out the recruitment and pre-selection of Hungarian and Ukrainian, Serbian workers. Adapting to our Partner’s needs, we will find the perfect job for the right person.

The Adapt Kft. provides full in-house relocation for third-country workers. Our colleagues are in constant daily contact with the National Directorate General of Immigration, we know the entire procedure, whether it is a new residence permit, an extension, or even a family reunification.

The Adapt Kft. is in contact with accommodation-providing companies. We believe that providing quality accommodation for our employees is an essential pillar of maintaining work-life balance. A rested employee can perform, or exceed the expected standard. Our Project Managers check the cleanliness of the accommodation and help the employees with integration and with their route from the accommodation to the Partner.

The doors of the Adapt Kft. are always open for the workforce. We are available to the employees and partners to give them advice about the questions and problems that arise, we are up-to-date with the laws and regulations related to labor law, social security and taxation.

The Adapt Kft. provides full payroll, labor and social insurance administration, reducing costs for Partners. We organize the entry and exit of employees by the current legislation. Our company follows the necessary labor and tax liability records and we maintain contact with the related official bodies.
