ADAPT Temporary Employment Agency and Service Ltd. purchased a custom-built pallet production line worth HUF 122 million to develop its production activities.
Our project “Custom-made pallet production line”, GINOP-1.2.1-15-2015-00077, received a 50%
non-repayable grant of HUF 61 million. Our project was completed on 22 March 2018 and the production line has been installed.

ADAPT Ltd. was founded in 2005, the main profile of the company was the temporary employment agency. In 2012 the company was bought by the current owner. The services of the company have been used by several large local companies, and as a result of this information, it was discovered that the companies use a large number of pallets per month to store the materials they produce. Negotiations were held with the companies and contracts were signed for the supply of pallets. In the summer of 2013, we rented a hall in Jászberény and started the production with an automatic pallet stacker that was awarded a tender in the same year. The reputation of our company as a producer of high quality goods quickly spread among the market, and we signed long-term contracts with several partners for pallet production and supply.

With the help of the application, a custom-designed pallet element production line was purchased. Thanks to a self-financed investment, the production line was installed in a hall owned by the company. The raw material was purchased until now, which increased the production costs and limited the number of quantity produced.
The production line we purchased can also produce the raw material, which allows us to offer the product at a more competitive price. The machine is capable of processing 80-120 cubic metres of poplar logs per day, with a maximum diameter of 350 mm and a length of 2.5 metres. After processing, the new line leaves minimal waste of the logs to be processed. We can operate our pallet element production line at four times the previous production capacity. We have increased the number of employees, and we consider the most important production resource to be a well-trained, motivated and highly productive workforce that is satisfied with their work. Thanks to this development, we are able to keep up with changing market demands and are able to offer a higher added value production process. We strive to build stable, long-term relationships with our business partners.
